To ensure optimal patient care, office flow and overall experience, we reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. Kamloops Skin Solutions may request deposits failing a timely arrival. Kamloops Skin Solutions requires 24 hour cancellation notice of scheduled appointments to return a deposit. Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A no-show charge of $40.00 will apply if you fail to appear to your scheduled appointment time.
Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. Depending on the procedure, a deposit may be taken at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill, are refundable with a minimum of two business days’ cancellation notice and may be retained, as disclosed, if the above requirements are not met. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment.

*Personal cheques are not accepted: we apologies for any inconvenience.

The B.C. Medical Services Plan covers most surgical treatments and some types of varicose vein procedures, however many of the services offered are considered either elective or cosmetic and billing is private.

Some private payers or personal extended benefit plans are helpful in offsetting the cost of cosmetic procedures. An example is ICBC coverage of scars and deformity resulting from a motor vehicle accident.

Unfortunately we do not offer financing at this time.
